A question I often receive from people who are new to SAFe, or are considering whether it is the right move for them, is when does one know that SAFe is the best choice. My response is that an organisation will know that SAFe is the right move for them, when they have multiple teams who need to align and deliver value simultaneously so that they can meet the needs of the customers and the goals of the organisation as a whole.
