If Agile Experts Say you Shouldn’t Scale Agile, Why does SAFe or Scaled Agile Framework exist?

I have been asked many times, why we scale Agile, and we just can’t do it all with one small team of ten people. The reality of where Agile is right now, combined with the need for organizations to develop complex solutions across multiple teams, we simply don’t know another way for implementing large-scale solutions

For this reason, we are always seeking progressive and effective ways to evolve the way we work, so that we can integrate multiple solutions across multiple teams in the most productive, and time-efficient manner without compromising the quality of the product(s) we are developing.

Because of this, we need a way to coordinate a number of teams in order to achieve the goals that we want. Presently, The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) presents itself as the best option for achieving this, as it is the most trusted framework and business agility system that is currently available in the world.

How the SAFe or Scaled Agile Framework Can Benefit Your Organisation

The use of SaFe in your organisation hosts several benefits such as:

🚀 Alignment of an organisation’s teams and stakeholders. As well as alignment of common goals, objectives, priorities, and planning cycles.

🚀  Ensures everyone is working towards the same goals.

🚀 Scalability that can offer your team and organisation a framework that can be used across teams departments.

🚀 Enhances product quality through continuous feedback, and release on demand.

🚀 Increases product time-to-market.

🚀 Improves employee engagement and satisfaction.

By improving and focusing on these benefits, SAFe can help your organisation in becoming a strong competitor in today’s fiercely changing business environment, and make both your team and customers happy.

It’s a win-win for all!
