One of the most common problems that I have identified in SAFe, surrounds leadership. Effective leadership in the implementation of SAFe is paramount because good leaders support their team and facilitate their team towards the right direction. So for leaders, there is a lot of demand on their time and questions surrounding where they should focus their attention.
This can be quite a difficult problem to resolve unless you provide visibility of where the work is, and where the work is stuck. In addition, it is also important for leaders to look at what the highest impact is of that delay and then focus one’s attention on it.
