🚀Promoting Continuous Improvement: Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the Agile Release Train (ART) and teams, fostering innovation and experimentation.
🚀Servant Leadership: Practicing servant leadership by serving the team’s needs, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their work.
🚀Conflict Resolution: Mediating conflicts within and between teams, promoting healthy communication, and helping teams resolve issues collaboratively.

In essence, Scrum Masters facilitate the PI Planning, they improve the Agile Release Train flow and look at where the frictions are, where the flow is imputed and build high performing teams. They are also working within the team and make sure that the team understands Scrum and applies it as effectively as possible.
