The results that we achieve, in collaboration with our clients, is a great indicator of how good our agile coaching team are.
In agile coaching, we are the catalyst for growth and evolution, but it is the organization that does the bulk of the work. In our eyes, they are the heroes in the work we do, and credit goes to them for transforming into a truly agile organization.

Our goal is to build and develop agile capabilities within our client environments. We don’t need to invest years in client environments, our goal is to build the capability and then leave.
So, for us, counter-intuitively some would say, success is a measure of how quickly we can develop that agile capability and exit the environment.
