Every year Bianca sets a new goal. In 2019 it was to speak at at least two international congresses. She talked at the Lean Kanban Global Summit (Washington) and at FlowCon (Paris). This year her goal is to organise a conference about Flow in the Netherlands.
Bianca lives in the Beemster, Netherlands (yes, Beemster cheese!) with her husband and two daughters. She loves to make all kinds of chocolate creations and she is a real boardgame-geek.

She is a big believer in 'Learning never stops'. As a part of her learning journey she acquired numerous Agile certifications with significant ones being SPC4, SPC5, AKT, CSP, ICP-ACC etc., She earned her MBA from Georgia Tech.
