Bianca Griffioen - Agile (Transformation) Coach

Bianca has a background in IT Project management. Nowadays she has more than ten years of experience in the agile field. As a coach, facilitator and trainer. She has worked in a wide range of organizations. From the government to the industrial sector. Even at home she brings Kanban into practice. She has worked with individuals, teams and management. Trying to pass on the spirit of agility. She strives for creating value. Always with respect to the culture of an organization. And with a keen eye for processes. And, of course, with lots of humor.

Every year Bianca sets a new goal. In 2019 it was to speak at at least two international congresses. She talked at the Lean Kanban Global Summit (Washington) and at FlowCon (Paris). This year her goal is to organise a conference about Flow in the Netherlands.

Bianca lives in the Beemster, Netherlands (yes, Beemster cheese!) with her husband and two daughters. She loves to make all kinds of chocolate creations and she is a real boardgame-geek.

Sri Nallamani - Enterprise Coach, SAFe Trainer & Kanban Trainer.

Sri is a Pragmatic Agile Transformation Leader, Enterprise Agile Coach & an Organizational Change Agent. She has more than a decade of experience in an Agile way of working as well as Organizational Evolution & Transformation. She applies systems thinking approach pragmatically to deliver results. She is an expert in conducting various workshops using the back of the room training techniques for greater understanding.

On the technology front, Sri primarily works in Digital & Business Transformation space with DevSecOps, Data, AI, Robotic Process Automation, Chatbots, OCR to name a few.

She is a big believer in 'Learning never stops'. As a part of her learning journey she acquired numerous Agile certifications with significant ones being SPC4, SPC5, AKT, CSP, ICP-ACC etc., She earned her MBA from Georgia Tech. When not working or teaching, She spends her time outdoors with her hubby, 2 teenage children and her Goldendoodle

Attendees are expected to have read the Kanban book by David J Anderson or Kanban from the Inside by Mike Burrows.


Prior attendance at KMP Foundations I: Kanban System Design or any previous Kanban University Foundations-level class such as Getting Started with Kanban or Certified Kanban Practitioner is preferred (required to achieve the KMP status).
