Why SAFe Agile Training is needed?
We live in a faster economy era which is fueled through technology, organisations who can best harness the advances in technology and respond to customer needs will reap the rewards. These technological advances are built on software and systems that are in every business, driving innovation, new business models and ways of working.
Many organisations fail or are slow to benefit from these technology advancements because they struggle to develop software and the systems.
SAFe Agile training helps organisations who understand the urgency and the need for change who adopt new ways of working, thrive while others struggle and may be extinct.
How does an SPC help the organisation?
Training executives, managers, and leaders – They socialize the new concepts and provide orientation and overview training.
Establishing a Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) – SPCs assist the LACE with building and executing the transformation backlog.
Identifying Value Streams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) – Working with stakeholders to understand the flow of value, SPCs identify value streams and ARTs to find those that are the most opportunistic for launch.
Creating the implementation plan – SPCs participate in creating a plan for the rollout, communicate upcoming changes, and establish metrics.
Preparing for the ART launch -SPCs help the LACE plan and prepare for the ART launch. They coach leadership and help facilitate the creation of new Agile Teams.
Training teams and launching the ART – SPCs often directly plan and execute ‘quickstart’ or other rollout strategies.
Participate in initial, critical events - Program Increment (PI) Planning and Inspect and Adapt (I&A).
Coaching ART execution – The SPCs coach leaders and stakeholders to build and maintain the Vision, Roadmap, and Program Backlogs. They coach teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, and RTEs.
Sustaining and improving - An enterprise can never be too Lean. SPCs take a long-term view in advancing quality, fostering a Lean-Agile approach to human resources, supporting enhanced skill development with continuing education, and establishing Communities of Practice (CoPs).
