Perfection Game Feedback

I learnt about Perfection Game Feedback from Bob Marshall in the Emotioneering: Products that people want to buy session that he ran jointly with Chris Matts at the BCS.

I like the perfection game feedback because it tells you how to improve from the perspective of the person giving you feedback. It is short and actionable.

What is in the feedback

  1. How do you rate it from 1 to 10
  2. What you liked about it, list what you found valuable
  3. What would make it a perfect 10 for you, list what needs to change

I used the Perfection Game feedback at the Mapping your work as a kanban system at the London Limited WIP Society meetup #LonLWS.

I decided to make these feedback cards which you can download here
